Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand periods.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You may also contact us, and we will assist you where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
